The Executive Council (EC) is the principal decision-making body of the Asian-Pacific Postal Union (APPU) responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Union’s policies, programs, and financial affairs between Congress sessions. Comprising representatives from all member countries, the Council meets annually to review progress, adopt strategic directives, and facilitate regional coordination on key postal matters. The EC plays a central role in guiding the work of the APPU Bureau and the Asian-Pacific Postal College (APPC), ensuring that the Union’s activities remain aligned with the evolving needs and priorities of its membership.
